Dialogue Transcript

Speaker 1: Good afternoon, Parkside Lettings, Tom speaking.
Speaker 2: Hi, I'm calling about the two-bedroom flat you've advertised. Is it still available?
Speaker 1: It is, yes. The rent's eight hundred and fifty pounds a month, and there's a deposit of one month's rent.
Speaker 2: Okay. Are the bills included, or would we pay those separately?
Speaker 1: Water's included, but you'd sort out gas, electricity and broadband yourselves.
Speaker 2: That's fair enough. Could we come and have a look at it this week?
Speaker 1: Of course. How does Thursday at half past five sound?
Speaker 2: That's perfect, we'll both be free by then. What's the address?
Speaker 1: It's flat three, forty-two Wexley Road. That's W, E, X, L, E, Y.
Speaker 2: Brilliant, thanks. We'll see you there on Thursday.
